Hello,
thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As per your description it seems that your daughter is having a condition called pharyngitis(inflammation of her throat) something commonly called as sorethroat/strep throat.
Tonsil can not come again after tonsillectomy. her throat might have swollen and congested that might have mistaken for tonsils.
You don't need to worry regarding this as it is not a serious condition and highly effective treatment options are available.
I suggest you to consult a general practitioner and get the following things done:-
(1)- She can take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain.
(2)- A short course of antibiotics is mandatory, she can use amoxicillin for five to seven days.
(3)- Antihistamines like levocetrezine can be tried for symptomatic relief.
(4)- Do warm saline gargles or grgling with an antiseptic mouth wash
If symptoms persist despite all these a throat swab may be needed to find out the exact pathogen causing the illness.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr.Shinas Hussain
